Real work.

Project stories that connect the original rooms, the work in progress, and the finished home.

Clear paths.

Distinct routes for Buy & Renovate, custom homes, and major residential contracting.

Better context.

A downloadable project brief to prepare for the first conversation.

01 / The direction

Let the homes speak.
Keep the people close.

Perrotta Built is Nicole and Jack’s home flipping and remodeling business in the Philadelphia area. Their work moves from city rowhomes to the wider setting of Bucks and Montgomery counties.

We shaped the website around that sense of place. Large photographs establish the atmosphere, while the story of the husband-and-wife team gives visitors a personal introduction to the business.

A hands-on way of building. A considered way of showing the work.

Space for the photography.

Full-width imagery, generous white space, and restrained typography keep the homes at the center of the experience. Red accents connect navigation and actions to the brand.

Specific about the work.

The copy connects the service to its setting: renovating a South Philadelphia home, developing a suburban site, or planning a major residential transformation.

02 / The project experience

A gallery to explore.
A transformation to follow.

A photograph can catch the eye. A project story lets a visitor understand what changed. We connected the gallery to individual stories that follow homes through the renovation.

01

Start with the home.
Then look closer.

The project index makes the completed work easy to find. Each featured home leads into its own page, with the rooms, materials, and transformation given room to unfold.

The project gallery opens with two Philadelphia whole-home transformations.

From the first rooms
to the finished home.

The Fourth Street project brings together the original property, work in progress, and the finished spaces. Before-and-after views let visitors inspect the change directly.

The project becomes a story of the home and the work behind it, with a clear route back to the rest of the portfolio.

An individual project page connects the home’s transformation to the team behind it.
Original rooms and finished spaces sit side by side, making the transformation easy to inspect.
03 / The next conversation

Help the right project
find its starting point.

Different projects need different conversations. We created service paths that explain the setting, scope, and questions behind each kind of engagement.

Three service tracks make the business’s focus easier to understand.
A more useful first step

From a broad idea
to a project brief.

The Work with us page helps visitors collect their location, budget, property status, plans, and intended scope before starting a conversation.

The brief is prepared in the browser for review and download. Visitors then use the team’s Instagram profile to make contact.

A structured project brief helps visitors prepare the details the team needs to discuss the work.
04 / The result

A place to see the work.
A reason to start a conversation.

The website brings the team, the homes, and the services into one experience. Visitors can get to know Nicole and Jack, explore real transformations, and understand which service fits their plans.

Responsive layouts keep the photography and project narrative accessible on smaller screens. The next step stays close, from browsing a home to preparing a useful first brief.
