The Vitris website harness

Intelligence.
With direction.

The Vitris website harness connects business context, creative judgment and website verification. A connected process for building custom websites—and making them better.

Follow the thread. Explore the process.

A connected process.
A considered website.

Good websites take more than a single prompt. They need a clear understanding of the business, a point of view and care in the details. The harness gives that work a connected structure, so our team can focus on the decisions that matter.

It starts with
a conversation.

A link, a goal and a few notes give your agent a place to begin.

The control layer

The harness keeps the work connected.

01 / RUNNERCoordinates

Selects the next eligible stage. Prepares context, limits writes, evaluates results and routes repairs.

02 / ACTIVE AGENTCreates & reviews

Reads the current stage, makes the allowed changes and submits work with its preparation ID.

03 / TOOLSBuild & measure

Capture source material, compile pages and collect evidence from the actual browser.

    A working website

A failed check returns to the stage that owns the fix.

Repair the cause, rebuild and collect fresh evidence. Two identical failures stop automatic continuation until an explicit restart with a reason.

The systems underneath

Shared capabilities support every stage.

Design library

Versioned templates, reference studies, themes, components and icons give the agent reusable visual foundations. A supplied template follows an adaptation path with its own fidelity and review checks.

Media & artwork

Harvested assets, stock search, registration, inspection and placement records keep media connected to its source. Optional artwork production follows the accepted direction.

Compiler & runtime

Pages, components, theme tokens and assets compile into a static website. Focused browser code supports interactions, motion and configured integrations.

Change engine

The CLI and programmatic API inspect revisions, prepare changes, apply supported operations and verify results. Preservation rules and source hashes help catch unintended or stale edits.

Optional cloud services

Configured Cloudflare hosting and backend services can support publishing, owner administration, contact forms, leads and analytics. The admin command can prepare a separate dashboard for the site owner. Static authoring and local preview do not require a cloud account.

Stage knowledge

Business research, design, accessibility, SEO and motion guidance load with the relevant stage. Optional analysis assistance can support the work; it does not replace the required review gates.

An original visual language

Small details.
A language of their own.

381 original SVG icons, built into the harness. Four complete styles span the collection; five expressive studio families cover a curated selection.

Each website page includes only the icons it uses. Crisp vector artwork, brandable color and no icon font to download.

Questions about the harness

A little
more context.

Do I need to learn the harness to work with Vitris?

No. For a Vitris website project, our team uses the harness as part of the design and build process. You bring your business knowledge, content and feedback. Explore our Services to see how we can help.

Does AI make the design decisions?

People direct the work. Business context, creative judgment and your feedback shape the website. The harness helps our team carry that direction through building and checking it.

What does verification include?

The harness checks the built website in the browser, including routes, links, layouts and interactions. Visual and content reviews add judgment to those technical checks. Issues still need attention and review before a change is ready to publish.

Can I use the harness myself?

Yes. Install the public @tryvitris/website-harness npm package and use it with your coding agent. The package includes setup documentation and the workflow for building, verifying and refining a website. Node.js 24 or newer is required.
